Hugo Narciso launched his career in media production in 2006 and moved to Dubai in 2013, where he enhanced his expertise in TV and film production.
With over 18 years of experience, Hugo Narciso has produced diverse media content tailored to the dynamic and evolving landscape of Dubai and the Middle East. His portfolio spans a couple major feature films, high-impact TV commercials, events, content films, TV series, and professional photoshoots.
Known for his attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively, Hugo continues to drive impactful storytelling and innovative content at WHAT IF Creative Studio, one of Dubai’s leading production companies.
With more than 30 years of experience in media production and over two decades in the GCC, Nasrallah Saad has directed and produced high-profile content for significant initiatives.
His expertise shines through his role as former Head of the Creative Department at Dubai Media Inc., where he successfully launched and branded three award-winning TV channels.
Nasrallah’s passion for television production led him to become the Executive Producer of Multi-Award Winning Long-Form TV Series recognized with multiple awards such as Effies, Lynx and Crystal awards for excellence in media production.
Known for his ability to stay calm under pressure, Nasrallah continues to bring creativity and leadership to WHAT IF Creative Studio, helping shape impactful stories across the GCC.
Melissa Urresti is a talented production manager with a passion for storytelling and meticulous project execution. After earning her degree in Film and Digital Media from The American University of Rome, Melissa honed her expertise at SAE Dubai, specializing in Cinematography and Film/Video Production. Her global perspective and academic foundation have contributed to her dynamic approach to media production in the fast-paced Dubai market.
Melissa has been integral to the success of various high-profile projects, including TV commercials, digital campaigns, and branded content. Starting her career with renowned companies, she quickly advanced to junior production roles before joining WHAT IF Creative Studio.
Known for her organizational prowess and keen eye for detail, Melissa continues to bring creativity and efficiency to every production at WHAT IF Creative Studio. Her dedication to collaborative teamwork and passion for innovative content have made her a vital member of the team.
Elareese Ramos is a skilled video editor with a flair for storytelling and an eye for detail. A graduate of SAE Institute Dubai with a Bachelor’s degree in Film Post-Production earning the prestigious Award for Excellence in Creative Work, her expertise lies in crafting engaging content across a variety of platforms, combining technical precision with creative vision to deliver impactful results.
Elareese has collaborated with leading brands and production houses before joining WHAT IF Creative Studio. Her work spans TV commercials, branded content, and corporate projects, consistently elevating the visual narrative.

Rawan Tarabih is a talented Art Director and Graphic Designer graduated from Damascus University with a Bachelor’s degree in Design and Visual Communications. She combines technical expertise with a keen artistic sensibility to bring bold ideas to life.
Throughout her career, Rawan has contributed to diverse projects across branding, advertising, and digital design. Her experience includes managing teams of designers, coordinating cross-functional efforts and delivering high-quality creative solutions under tight deadlines. Known for her ability to seamlessly translate client needs into compelling visual narratives, she has become a go-to expert for brand identity and creative campaigns in the region.

Creating this beautifully crafted story for Ford Middle East featuring the new Ford Explorer was nothing short of an adventure. Directed by the incredibly talented Ed Yazbek, this project brought together cinematic storytelling and the bold spirit of the Ford Explorer.
Shooting in the summer heat was definitely a challenge, but it’s one we embraced head-on. Every moment on set pushed us to innovate, adapt and bring the Explorer’s dynamic energy to life. The result? A visual celebration of resilience, exploration and the unstoppable drive to conquer new horizons.

When Peugeot decided to make a bold comeback in the GCC, we were honored to bring their vision to life. After a competitive pitching process, WHAT IF Creative Studio was selected to develop the creative and production for this groundbreaking campaign.
The iconic French automaker’s line-up, featuring models like the Peugeot 3008 and the highly anticipated Peugeot 508, has been re-engineered specifically for the region, with engines designed to handle the GCC’s challenging climate. Our slogan, “Re-engineered for you, made for the GCC,” became the cornerstone of the campaign, perfectly capturing this message.
Shot during the summer of 2018, while the Peugeot team conducted actual hot-weather tests, our production crew braved temperatures soaring to 54°C to authentically showcase the resilience and innovation behind these vehicles.
This campaign was about more than just cars—it was about engineering excellence meeting the needs of the region, paired with top-tier technology and style. We’re proud to have been a part of this incredible launch for Peugeot in the GCC.
